Parameters

`range`	query	Timeline: 7d, 30d, 90d or custom. One of `7d`, `30d`, `90d`, `custom`.
`from`	query	Custom start date, YYYY-MM-DD.
`to`	query	Custom end date, YYYY-MM-DD.
`provider`	query	Only this provider.
`campaign_id`	query	Only this campaign.
