GET/api/v1/events

Scope read: Read anything in the workspace.

Parameters

`status`	query	new, acted, dismissed.
`signal_id`	query	Signal.
`limit`	query, integer	Rows.
`since`	query	Only events whose story happened from this ISO time on (found time when the story has no date).
