Approve and send a reply draft
Approve a draft (optionally with edits); it sends threaded from the same mailbox.
POST/api/v1/inbox/drafts/{draftId}/approve
This call sends email or changes what sends. A key needs the send scope, and the Try it panel asks you to confirm before it runs.
